FAQs

Advance Tickets

Tickets may be purchased in advance for Meyer Theatre events at the Ticket Star Box Office, located in the Resch Center lobby, by calling 800.895.0071, or ordering online at MeyerTheatre.org. While most of our tickets are sold through Ticket Star, some events may only be sold through the company or production bringing the event to the Meyer.  If ticket prices ever seem unusually high, please make sure you are on the official Ticket Star website or here, on the Meyer Theatre website.

Ticket Star Box Office hours (in the Resch Center):
Monday – Friday 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. (except in the summer)
Evenings of events – 10 a.m. – close of the event
Saturday & Sunday – Ticket Star will be staffed on Saturdays and Sundays beginning at 10 a.m. only if there is an event in the Resch Center that day or night

Day of Event Tickets

Tickets may be purchased one hour before the start of the event at the Meyer Theatre Box Office located in the lobby of the Meyer Theatre.

With just over 1000 seats, the Meyer features the ornate design of a turn-of-the-century movie palace, yet offers amenities making it attractive to modern day audiences and performers. For some Ticket Star sold events, when you click on the “Buy Tickets” link, you can view and select the exact seats you want for performances. This seating chart option will show you which seats are sold, which seats are available, and how many seats each section has left.  The “Buy Tickets” link can be found when you click on “EVENTS/TICKETS” and then click “Event Listing.”

When entering the Meyer Theatre, an automated door is located at the main entrance far left door.

Ticket takers and ushers are available for assistance. If you have an ADA event ticket, you will be directed to the nearest elevator. If you did not purchase a ticket for the ADA accessible areas and you need an accommodation, relocation may be possible depending on the event. Please notify someone in the box office or ask an usher and they will see if the floor plan and/or open seating allows for a change.

Sign language interpreters are available by request. To provide qualified and appropriately prepared interpreters, we ask that you make your request at least three weeks before the event. Every effort will be made to accommodate your requests; however, it will depend upon the availability of a qualified interpreter.
