Thomas Rohan is an attorney with the firm of Davis & Kuelthau, s.c., where he practices commercial law, including a wide variety of sales and contract based transactions and controversies for private and public entities. He has assisted numerous lending institutions and municipalities with financing issues. His practice also includes negotiation and documentation of construction and real estate transactions. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, where he received undergraduate degrees in Linguistics and Russian, a master’s degree in Slavic Languages and his law degree.
Mr. Rohan has served with the Brown County United Way, was a board member of Green Bay Community Theater, was the chairperson of the Chamber of Commerce Good Government Council, was the administrator of the Hon. Robert J. Parins Inn of Court, served on the District 14 committee of the Office of Lawyer Regulation, has been a regular volunteer for Junior Achievement, has been a regular performance and presiding judge for the State Bar’s mock trial program and recently was elected to the board of Literacy Green Bay. He is the managing shareholder of Davis & Kuelthau’s Green Bay office and is the chairperson of the firm’s ethics committee.
A somewhat frustrated musician, Mr. Rohan has been in several local bands and is currently struggling mightily, and for the most part unsuccessfully, to conquer the piano.
