Bacon wrapped tenderloin filet atop a mixture of sautéed wild mushrooms, garlic & 
shallots, wrapped in pastry & baked golden brown. Served with a rich merlot peppercorn demi-glace, roasted baby red mashed potatoes & veg du jour.

Option 2:

Grilled Salmon Oscar with Orange Hollandaise
Grilled Norwegian salmon filet topped with grilled asparagus, crab & an orange hollandaise. Served with wild rice & veg du jour.
