Shawn Kiser started entertaining audiences at the young age of 15 when he began working at KFIZ radio in his hometown of Fond du Lac. In 2005, he moved to Green Bay to become the morning news anchor for Midwest Communications radio stations in Northeast Wisconsin. In 2009, Shawn decided to take his talents to the world of television where he served as Executive Producer at WBAY.

After spending nearly two decades in broadcasting, Shawn reached a crossroad in life and sought a greater purpose. So, he changed career paths in 2012 and ventured into non-profit work. He raised funds for the local American Red Cross which included organizing the highly popular and successful “Dancing with Our Stars” campaign. His passion to perform saw him energetically and enthusiastically fire up the crowd before every “DWOS” which garnered him the nickname “Rally Man.” He continues to use those God-given talents to emcee a number of events including the Meyer Theatre’s own “Talent Jam.”
